Nick has over 15 years of operational, security and leadership experience. He is a former British Army officer, and has held various programme/operations management roles in the consulting, biotech and humanitarian sectors. He is also a coach-mentor, whose background, career path and moral compass have naturally driven him into the not-for-profit sector, where he is passionate to play his part in helping the world become a kinder and more sharing place.
