Clare Maguire
Clare Maguire began her career working across music, creative industries and early-stage startups, developing a deep interest in how culture, technology and human ambition shape one another.
Over time, her work evolved toward building communities and organisations at the frontier of science and technology. Her background spans branding, storytelling, partnerships, events and strategic growth, working with founders, researchers, creatives, investors, public figures and global leaders to help ambitious ideas grow into influential communities and cultural movements.
She is now Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Thinking About Thinking, where she helps lead a growing international network focused on AI, neuroscience, mathematics and ideas about intelligence. Her work centres on building intellectual and cultural infrastructure for the next generation of scientific and technological communities, bringing together researchers, entrepreneurs, artists and institutions from around the world.
In recent years, Clare has become particularly interested in the intersection of AI, neuroscience, philosophy, creativity and human identity, as well as the broader cultural and societal impact of emerging technologies. Her work is driven by a belief that the future will belong not only to organisations building powerful technologies, but to those capable of creating meaning, community and culture around them.
